Using an interval training approach with intense bouts of work followed by brief recoveries, RPM™ Challenge sees you cycling at a range of intensities and resistances. Straight sprints, uphill climbs, and gliding downhills are what you can expect during your class, as our professional instructors lead from the front, ensuring that you’re on top form, riding with great technique and getting the best results.
