  • Do you want to know what Group X is?
  • Do you want to learn the correct moves & techniques for your favorite Les Mills programs?
  • Do you want to be a Group X Superstar?
Come join us for a fun and informative 30 minutes introductory class of your favorite Les Mills program or join us if you’re new to Group X. You’ll be given a chance to learn and brush up your moves and techniques, at the same time meet new friends who share the same interest of the program as you. At the end of the class, you’ll be given a tracking card that will enable you be a Group X Superstar!

Each week will be a different program showcased, therefore, do call the club or find out our online timetables to find out which program will be introduced. There’s always something new to learn!

The easiest way to get started if you are a new to Group X is to join a Group X Intro Class. The Intro Class is a 60 minute class that will showcase the different types of classes that we offer within Fitness First and some basic etiquettes when participating in a Group X class.

At the end of this class, you will be given a tracking card where you can collect stamps for every class you join after the Intro class. Upon collecting 20 stamps, you will be given a special gift by the Group X department.

For those who are unfamiliar on how to get started and those who are first time to Group X – this is the class for you!
