Dynamic Flow YogaDesigned to challenge your mind and body, this fast-paced class involves poses that segue seamlessly from one to the next while growing in intensity. It will help centre your mind too as you’ll need to stay focused in order to move through the sequence smoothly.
Good forWith its fast pace and challenging poses, this class lets you build strength, endurance, and stamina. It also emphasises certain breathing techniques that will leave your body and mind in a harmonious state.
DurationThere are two options: 30 minutes and 45 minutes. The former is a compressed version but both give you the same benefits.
NoteIf you’ve never done yoga before, try at least one session of Gentle Flow Yoga before signing up for this class.
Hot Flow YogaThis class takes place in a heated room so as to help loosen your muscles and joints, making them more pliable, thus enabling you to deepen your stretches. The sequence of poses are crafted in a way that they flow effortlessly from one to the next.
Good forThe warm temperature of the room will make you sweat more, thereby flushing out more toxins through your skin. At the same time, it ramps up your metabolism to help with calorie burning. The heat will challenge your mental focus as well and in doing so, help you build willpower while strengthening your resolve.
Duration In just 45 minutes per class, you will be able to work up a good sweat and feel rejuvenated afterwards.
