Club General Manager

This position requires an experienced and successful person in managerial level dedicated to create a genial atmosphere towards direct line, members/guest and co-workers of the club and oversee all activities in sales as effective and as efficient as possible, making sure members/guests and staff alike are having a great experience in the club.

Responsibilities :

The Sales Manager will report directly to the Club General Manager and will manage 6 to 8 Membership Consultant staff, making sure that the sales and service process running smoothly. 

Requirements :

  • 1 year experience minimum in a managerial level with a sales background
  • Advance in administering computer based management system
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to drive and develop a successful team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional and well-groomed in appearance
  • Problem solving and decision making skills
  • Self-starter and hold strong organizational skills
  • Have the ability to follow up, implement and manage systems and procedures.
  • Responsible and accountable for Membership Consultant by administrating the working rote, individuals training requirements and the departments overall performance
  • Possess an administrational and operational integrity
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, in English as well as in Bahasa
  • An active Individual with a healthy lifestyle

Communication skills and self-motivation are essential attributes. Due to the nature of the position, absolute flexibility and commitment including weekend availability is essential.
