We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media & Content Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media & Content Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media & Content strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing efforts. Creating social media campaigns and the day-to-day management of the brand’s social media properties.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a versatile creative writer. You will be an active participant in data collection and analyses in order to consistently improve the brand’s social media practices over time.

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Responsible for planning, implementing and managing the brand’s social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales through competitive research, benchmarking, and audience identification
    • Responsible for creating content on all social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Website, and blog to build an audience and ensure community engagement.
    • Define most important social media KPIs
    • Manage social media content plans that are consistent with the brand’s guideline. Creating inspirational & motivational content on all social media platforms, including writing and managing a high volume of daily social media posts (text, image, video, HTML) and promoting social media campaigns
    • Creating content for a variety of platforms including blogs, websites, UX/UI, email marketing, mobile apps, digital ads and social media. Ensuring that the content remains consistent across all platforms.
    • Ensuring that SEO and Social Media strategies are effectively implemented
    • Improving community engagement. Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries received on comment field, direct message, inbox in a timely manner.
    • Focuses on managing content calendars, creative directing, writing captions, scheduling posts, etc. Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
    • Responsible for idea generation and creative concept to drive campaign and creative development. Develop benchmarks and goals for each campaign and ensure they are reached
    • Build the visibility of brand’s social content with page optimization on all social media networks
    • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the brand guideline for each community
    • Measure the success of every social media campaign. Continuously improved by monitoring and analyzing the appropriate social media metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
    • Use data to analyze what’s working, what’s not, and reinforce or refocus key messages accordingly. Monitor a social-media channel grow, measured by the amount of content published, when and how people engage with the channel, which content gets the most interaction, and how users respond to any brand messages
    • Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts. Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy and content optimization for optimal results
    • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, best practices and technologies.
    • Use social media marketing tools and analytical tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, social bakers, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the brand’s social media presence and performance.
    • Collaborate with marketing team and also with other department such as Sales, Fitness Development teams to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
    • Maintain an appropriate tone in the writing, adhering to Brand Guidelines. Check for errors in grammar, punctuation, and style. Ensure that the work meets brand standards
    • Managing the editorial calendar by scheduling due dates and tracking content through the editorial process
    • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network. Developing and managing social influencer programs
    • Adhere to all submission deadlines to ensure the timely delivery of assignments
  • Requirements
    • Bachelor degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or a related field
    • Proven min 2 years of working experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role in a corporate, or agency
    • Excellent knowledge of Social Media Marketing channels such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Website, Blog and other social media best practices
    • Good understanding of social media metrics and can use the information to ensure the social media strategy is achieving its goals
    • Excellent content writing, and presentation skills
    • Familiarity with social analytics tools
    • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
    • Understanding the landscape of online communications. Excellent computer skills with MS Office. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as SiteCore, wordpress or similar
    • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
    • Good understanding of social media KPIs
    • Good understanding of major digital marketing channels
    • Familiarity with web design and publishing
    •  Excellent multitasking skills and good time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
    • Critical thinker and outstanding problem-solving skills
    •  Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with strong organizational ability. Team player. Ability to work in a team or individually when required
    • Great interpersonal and communication skills
    • Extreme attention to detail, persistence. Good at proofreading for errors
    • Great time management skill. Ability to juggle deadlines, driven pressure, keeping track of content throughout the editorial process and ensuring that work is submitted on time
    • Fluent verbal and written communication in English is a must
