AERIAL FLOW YOGA
In this class, you’ll use a yoga swing to hang yourself in the air while stretching into yoga poses and centring your mind. We’ll teach you how to use the swing to effectively and easily do typical yoga poses. It’ll help you hold the pose longer and more comfortably. With some assist from the swing, we’ll help you learn more about each pose and how to subtly adjust so you get the most out of everything.
Suspending yourself in the swing will challenge your balance and help strengthen your core muscles. It’s also great for relieving compressed joints and correcting muscle imbalances, while helping you develop better stamina and improve your breathing and alertness. You’ll walk away with better traction of the spine, increased strength and more flexibility.
AERIAL FLOW YOGA 45
If you have a tight schedule, this 45-minute class is compact but gives you the same results. You’ll use the Yoga Swing to do all the yoga poses with some fun ones that can’t be done on the floor. This class helps you master the poses and align your spine, giving you improved strength, flexibility and stability.
