CORE FLOW YOGA
This yoga workout focuses on strengthening your core, for better spinal integrity and postural support. We’ll take you through a series of poses that are designed to transition from one to another so seamlessly you’ll feel like you’re flowing through them. You’ll repeat each pose several times, with small adjustments in intensity to build a stronger, more stable core.
Your stronger core will give you better support for your spine and help improve your posture. You’ll also gain better awareness of your body, so that you’ll be able to move more efficiently in your everyday activities. The more you practice, the more control you’ll gain for all your movements, giving you more energy and learning you with a sense of personal empowerment.
CORE FLOW YOGA 45
Unwind and strengthen your core in just 45 minutes. We’ll still focus on strengthening the deep foundation core muscles that are responsible for protecting your spine. You’ll be better able to move safely and effectively, even when doing strenuous activities.
