Once you’ve mastered the basics of Step, it’s time to take it up a level with a more challenging and demanding class. This class will help you go further and move forward with your fitness, while still enjoying everything that makes Step fun. We’re picking up the pace and adding complexity with more complicated moves combined with quick changes of direction. You’ll mix the basic steps you’ve already mastered with simple choreography that is safe, easy to follow, balanced and effective.
You’ll get your heart rate up, all your major muscle groups working and you’ll burn plenty of calories. This workout is perfect for anyone who’s looking for a mental and physical challenge, and the chance to walk away with a sense of accomplishment.
