This 45-minute session follows the principles of Pilates, to help develop your deeper core muscles. We’ll take you through a traditional mat class that’ll work your muscles for optimal performance. Leave class with a strengthened core, improved stability, and longer, leaner muscles. You’ll also improve your balance and coordination, as well as walk away with better body awareness and posture.
