We up the intensity in this 30-minute workout, so you’ll get the same results in less time. You’ll still use ViPR™ weights to do a mix of strength and functional movement training. During the class, you’ll build strength and improve your flexibility, and you’ll leave class feeling accomplished.
This 45-minute version uses a range of ViPR™ movement variation to train your total body. Focusing on loaded movement training to enhance your whole body functionality and performance.
