I suffered from severe osteoarthritis on my knees, i had short breath, limited activities because of my size, not fit enough to do something physical, afraid of the stairs, and couldn’t wear high heels

Now i can dance! I lost almost 32 kilos within 8 months. I feel fit and powerful, open up to any physical challenge, befriend with the stairs, look better in high heels, more confident, and being more positive going through this life.
